Life Reset

By Shemer Kuznits

Life Reset: A LitRPG Novel opens as veteran player Oren is betrayed by his own guild, who transform his powerful, fully progressed character into a starting-level goblin and cast him out to die. Stripped of his gear, skills, and identity, Oren respawns among a struggling goblin clan in a remote, monster-filled region and resolves to rebuild from nothing rather than delete his diminished character, out of stubbornness and a desire for revenge. As he relearns magic through a monster-race system that runs on different rules than the one he mastered, Oren proves his usefulness to the clan and begins climbing its ranks, even as a friendly game developer warns him that staying in his goblin body carries real physical risk. When an accident thrusts him into an unfamiliar leadership role just as a hostile force threatens the clan, Oren finds that leaving the game may no longer be as simple as logging out.
