A fierce demigod daughter of Zeus who now serves as a Huntress of the goddess Artemis, sworn off aging and romance and gifted with fighting skill and command of Zeus's lightning. Bold and blunt, she joins Percy and Nico on the quest through the Underworld.
Nico di Angelo (Supporting)

A brooding demigod son of Hades who can raise and command the dead and travel through shadows. At home in the Underworld in a way the others are not, he is a natural, if uneasy, guide for a mission into his father's realm.

The queen of the Underworld and wife of Hades, a goddess of spring bound for part of each year to the land of the dead. It is she who secretly summons the three demigods and sets them their task, wanting the trouble resolved before her husband learns of it.

The grim lord of the Underworld and god of the dead, brother of Zeus and Poseidon. Proud and easily angered, he has had a powerful new weapon forged for the coming war, and its loss threatens both his pride and the balance of the conflict.

An ancient Titan, one of the immortal enemies of the gods rising for the war against Olympus. Powerful and full of old hatred, he stands in the demigods' way as they pursue the stolen weapon, a formidable foe for three young heroes to face in the Underworld.
Ethan Nakamura (Antagonist)

A demigod son of the goddess Nemesis who has thrown in with the Titans' cause, resentful of the gods for neglecting minor deities and their children. Cunning and dangerous, he is caught up in the theft the demigods are sent to undo.
