Defiance of the Fall 11

By TheFirstDefier, JF Brink

The eleventh entry in Defiance of the Fall reunites Zac with his demon companion Ogras, found alive in a sealed mystic realm roughly a decade after being lost to a spatial vortex, both now carrying separate inheritance quests tied to ancient seals. Ogras survived by allying with spectral entities of the realm's long-dead goblin civilization, and the two catch up on what has changed, including that Zac's sister Kenzie was taken by their mother and is thought to be a captive of the Six Profundity Empire, and that their old ally Billy is alive and has founded a small kingdom at the realm's center. Stranded until they can reach a rescue beacon, Zac and Ogras must first survive: nearly two hundred cultivators, including several hegemons, approach as an invasion force, and Zac is drawn into a fight against an elite, heart-cursed commander who claims outside factions are hunting candidates like Zac for a coming inheritance conflict.
