Appears from the start
The ruler of a neighboring zone. Inexperienced in large-scale command, he accepts a binding contract with an imp and delegates leadership of the planned invasion.
the imp commander (Antagonist)
Appears from the start
An imp general bound by contract to lead the Dark Overlord's surface army. He brings troops and dangerous creatures from the underground realm for the attack on Hayden's Knoll.
the necromancer player (Antagonist)

A player allied with the Dark Overlord who practices corpse-based magic. He is assigned to create bone giants and expand the undead contingent of the invasion force.

The civilian ruler of Hayden's Knoll and Raytak's partner in organizing the defense. He coordinates fortifications, allied leaders, and refuge arrangements for threatened noncombatants.

An ogre shaman who represents his people at the allied war council. He objects when Raytak's plan appears likely to draw the enemy through the ogre homeland.

The restored real-world identity of the Legion commander known as Raytak. His recovered memories reconnect him with his wife Natalie, his son Trey, and the rest of his family.
