Mark of the Fool 10

The tenth entry in the Mark of the Fool series finds Alex, now serving as General of Thameland alongside the kingdom's other marked heroes, leading the effort to permanently defeat the recurring threat known as the Ravener. As reports of oddly merciful behavior from Ravener-spawned creatures complicate the group's assumptions, Alex and his allies research how the Ravener sustains itself and begin unlocking new depths of power hidden in each hero's own mark. Between weapons research, training, and preparing for the coming confrontation, Alex also completes his university studies at Generasi, graduating even as the larger war closes in.
