A powerful mage whose body is coming apart in the afterlife. He possesses the key Noah needs and uses formidable mind magic while pursuing an undisclosed purpose on the Line.

Sticky (Supporting)

First appears in chapter 2

A demon whose soul Noah recognizes among those on the Line. Wizen abandons his original plan and begins using Weave on her, leaving the result uncertain.

Sievan (Supporting)

Appears from the start

The Lord of Death whose maintained portal lets Noah and Wizen reach the true afterlife. His domain in the Damned Plains provides Noah's only known route back from the Line.

Zath (Minor)

Sievan's subordinate, able to travel through a dark portal. He brings Moxie and Lee to the Damned Plains and helps reunite Noah's separated group.
