The Legend of Randidly Ghosthound 7

By Noret Flood, puddles4263

The seventh entry in The Legend of Randidly Ghosthound opens with Randidly imprisoned on an isolated, engraved island after losing a battle, held in restraints that continuously drain his strength and severely limit his abilities. Unable to fight his way free, he turns inward, working through his fractured class structure and the increasingly unstable world contained within his soul skill, using what little he can scavenge, light, plant matter, salvaged memories, to slowly build the means to break his prison's suppression. Outside, his allies, including Helen and his mentor Shal, search for signs of him and continue fighting a wider war against hostile invaders even as a regional tournament plays out around them. As Randidly labors in isolation to remake both his class and the damaged inner world sustaining it, he must decide what kind of power he is willing to become in order to escape.
