The tenth entry in Beneath the Dragoneye Moons finds Elaine, Iona, Auri, and Fenrir diverting from their journey south toward Exterreri when they spot plague flags over a harbor city. Elaine conceals her true strength while using her healing abilities to cure a Black Death outbreak at scale, working around a city law that charges healers per patient and forces her into open defiance of local authorities. As Auri clears the rat and flea reservoir feeding the outbreak through the city's sewers, Elaine's unauthorized mass healing draws the guards' attention, and the group is forced to flee after an apparent assassination attempt kills several tavern patrons. Reaching Exterreri, the party discovers a burning village and learns that Pekari golems have taken captives, leading them into a tunnel complex where they encounter another team of adventurers already fighting through it.
