An alias-using trader on Felexx who serves as a broker in the local criminal market. Mr. Black first appears to arrange a buyer for Omega Force's supposed stolen weapons parts, then offers Phoenix a discreet delivery instead.

An administrator working for the secretive organization that begins hiring Phoenix. Dowarty supervises two guarded, hooded passengers, enforces communications silence during their transport, and pays the crew after delivery.
Jorvren (Supporting)

The personal name of the Phoenix medic previously known as Doc and Doctor Ma'Fredich. Jason addresses him as Jorvren while the crew follows Dowarty into The Complex and investigates the professional organization behind the raids.
