This omnibus collects the first three books of The Weirkey Chronicles, following Theo, a soulcrafter who returns to the world of Tatian after decades away on Earth, his former power gone and his body mysteriously young again. Taking on an alias to hide his past, Theo befriends the frightened, light-averse refugee Fiyu and helps a wave of people newly displaced from other worlds settle into Tatian's soulcrafting traditions. After a demon attack reawakens Theo's dormant power, he enrolls in a demanding training school at Mufuru alongside Fiyu and their mentor Nauda, where the three rebuild Theo's ruined soul home from scratch and compete in an increasingly dangerous team tournament, all while Theo conceals his true identity and grows suspicious that a fellow Earth returnee is plotting against the school's defenses.
