Way to the West

By Kirill Klevanski

The 16th entry in the Dragon Heart series finds Hadjar summoned before the demon prince, who claims an old debt and forces him to repay it by destroying Raven Castle and killing the Raven Sect's leader. Reunited with allies Abraham, Itia, Guy, Gustaf, and Alba Udun in the Strange Lands, Hadjar tracks the sect through unreliable leads, trains his newly awakened wind power, and clashes with a Raven Sect swordsman who hosts his own fragment of the same ancient Black General whose spirit is sealed within Hadjar. The hunt pushes the group north into a marsh haunted by the ruins of an old war.
